Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

This policy explains how No Vowels LLC (“No Vowels,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information on this website, novowels.ai. Our products, including the PNGD app, will have their own privacy policies, published before they launch.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if included) and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
  • Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may briefly process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and it does not have accounts or forms.

How we use it

To respond to you, run and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles about you.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and email provider, under their own confidentiality and security obligations, and authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept as long as needed for the conversation and our business records, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights; we will honor them. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
